V&V Insurance Agency was originally founded as Vagts Insurance Agency in 1962. In 1982 Dale Vagts purchased a portion of that agency from his father and changed the name to V&V Insurance Agency. Kelly O'Donnell purchased V & V Insurance Agency in January 2019.

Kelly joined the family business, O'Donnell Insurance, in December of 2015, after serving as an administrator in Education for 20 years. He grew up in Cresco, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1995. He and wife Michelle have four children; Haley, Nathan, Drew and Connor.

Dale started V&V Insurance Agency in 1982 and with the help of a very dedicated and loyal staff he has watched it grow and prosper. Dale and his wife Joyce have 6 wonderful children and 12 beautiful grandchildren. His favorite activities are all related to the great outdoors, namely golf, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.
RANDY BOUSKA

Randy joined V &V Insurance in 2020. Randy's passion is to educate the client about their policy and offering a personal side to insurance. He grew up on his family farm around the Spillville area. He currently resides in Marion with his fiance Andrea and their children, Kaleb and Emery. If he is not working at his office, you can find him at school and sporting events, enjoying a round of golf or watching the Hawkeyes.
JOSH BOURASSA

Josh Bourassa started his insurance career in the summer of 2019 and has since been educating and working with clients on their insurance policies. He graduated from Crestwood High School in 2015 after going to school in Cresco his entire childhood. From there he went on to Iowa State where he majored in both Management and Marketing in business. He joined the V&V team in January of 2022 and has been enjoying being back in the community full-time. In his free time, he can be found spending time with his fiancée and puppy, going out to dinner with friends, or spending his after-work hours at the Cresco Country Club.

Chris has been an insurance agent for 20+ years. She has ran her own agency for a combination of 12 years. In 2019 she partnered her agency with V & V Insurance Agency in Decorah. She helps to bring in new clients along with maintaining her agency's clients. In her spare time she likes to go camping, play cards, and watch dirt track racing. She has two children, six grandchildren and one dog.
SANDI REINHART

Sandi started working for V&V in June of 1984 and went from the only secretary to her current position as office manager. Throughout the years she has become licensed for crop/hail, personal, health, life, and commercial lines. What Sandi enjoys most is spending time with her family. She has two sons, one granddaughter, and five grandsons.

Emily started at V&V Insurance in November of 2013. She is licensed in personal, commercial, and crop/hail lines of insurance. At V&V Emily helps clients with their insurance needs, updates files, and many other office jobs. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin & their two dogs, fishing, riding bicycle and learning more about her new photography hobby.
JANANN MEYER
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Originally from central Iowa, Janann began working as a Customer Service Representative at V&V in December 2018 and is licensed in Personal Lines. She is the mother of two grown boys. Her elder son lives in Wisconsin and her younger son resides in central Iowa. Janann loves music and being outdoors. She spends her time away from V&V hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking. As the president of the Russ O’Hara Hosta Society, she is also an avid gardener. She loves to spend rainy days curled up with her dog, her cat, and a good book.
